Narrative
Robert was 4th Chief of Clan Donnachaidh. On 20 February 1436 he captured the murderers of JAMES I. On 15 August 1451 received a charter from JAMES II combining the lands of Struan, half of Rannoch, his lands of Glenerochie, Grenich (now Tummelside), the two Bohespies, Fearnan on Loch Tay, Dalcabon, Faskally, Balnagard and Balhavert, and Glengarry Forest into one. Her survived his wounds from a fray in August 1460.
